Progressive Education Society’s Modern College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Shivajinagar, Pune -5 was established in the year 1970 as the first senior college of Progressive Education Society. As per the vision of founder members of P. E. Society, Late Shri. Shankarraoji Kanitkar and Late Shri. V. T. Tatke, we are following the two keywords ‘Progressive’ and ‘Modern’. Right from the establishment of the college, the library has been an integral part of academic development. With the implementation of ‘modern’ technologies, the college library has ‘progressed’ in the right direction. I am proud to mention that the college has established the ‘Digital Library’ and ‘Institutional Repository’ to enhance the services provided.
